Ordering coatings from China starts with a suitable product and a clear quotation. Use these six checkpoints to discuss your project, review the available evidence and agree the order and shipping details before payment.
Tell us what you need
Share your country, city or postcode, area, substrate photos and intended use. Let us know whether you are buying for a home project, a contracting job or distribution.
Review the proposed system
Confirm the exact product, components, colour and preparation requirements. Discuss sample availability and the relevant application guidance before placing a bulk order.
Check the supporting evidence
Ask which technical data, safety information and inspection records apply to the selected product. Agree any sample or inspection requirements before ordering.
Confirm packs and labels
Review component quantities, pack sizes and labelling. Agree the packing arrangement and any pre-shipment photos needed for your order, including cartons or pallets where applicable.
Define the delivery scope
Specify your destination port or delivery address. Confirm whether the quotation is port delivery or door delivery, which costs are included and who arranges import clearance.

Before you book sea freight
Does the quotation include freight, customs and tax?
Confirm each item in writing before payment: origin charges, sea freight, destination port charges, import clearance, duties and taxes, and final delivery. A door-delivery request does not by itself confirm that every charge is included.
When will my order arrive?
Ask for separate estimates for order preparation, vessel departure, sea transit, customs clearance and final delivery. The appropriate estimate depends on the confirmed product, quantity, destination and shipping arrangement.
What should I confirm before payment?
Check the seller and payment recipient details, product and component quantities, packing, total price, payment stages, delivery scope and agreed after-sales terms on the written quotation or order confirmation. Use the contact details on your agreed order documents to verify any change in payment instructions.
Can the coating travel by sea?
Transport arrangements must be checked for the specific formulation and route. Ask for the relevant safety information and confirm carrier acceptance and any required transport documents before booking.
What if packaging is damaged or the product seems wrong?
Photograph the outer packaging, labels, batch details and affected material, and retain your delivery records. Contact Epovexa with the order reference before using questionable material. The resolution and supporting evidence should follow the terms agreed for your order.
